- Free uniform
- Casual Fridays
- Hybrid working
- Free tea & coffee
- Socials with the team
- Pension contributions
- Training & development
- Equipment to do your job
- Legal annual leave allowance

These "perks" are just COMMON practice.

What People Actually Want

- Flexible working hours: The ability to balance work and personal life.

- Remote work options:The freedom to work from anywhere.

- Career growth opportunities: Clear paths for advancement and skill development.

- Health and wellness programs: Comprehensive healthcare, gym memberships, and mental health support.

- Meaningful work:Projects that have a significant impact and align with personal values.

- Employee recognition: Acknowledgment and rewards for hard work and achievements.

- Work-life balance initiatives: Policies that ensure employees can maintain a healthy work-life balance.

- Diverse and inclusive culture: A workplace that values and respects diversity.
